Funding of up to 1.2 million QAR, granted to eligible citizens by virtue of the regulations of the Housing Department at the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor & Social Affairs.

Administrative fees: The finance incurs a fee of 1% distributed over the entire repayment period

Monthly installment: 3,364 QAR

Defrayment period: 35 years

Furnishing grant: Eligible

*Collection of installments begins upon receipt of the full amount by the seller.

Original deed of the property and accompanying plans

Guarantee from the bank where the client’s salary is deposited

Copy of architectural drawings (A01) accredited by Construction Planning

Certificate of Construction Completion

Bank statement indicating the account number of the property owner

Authorization by the persons named in the applicant’s Identification of Heirs

eligibility requirements

The property on which the house is situated must not be inferior to the area stipulated by the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning

The total area of the building must not be less than 329 sqm

The building must not be older than 10 years based on the date mentioned in the Construction Completion Certificate
