QDB’s Learning and Development Department developed the “KAFAA” test to help you evaluate your capacity and better understand your orientation and dispositions via a psychometric test that is considered the global standard for understanding your 'entrepreneurial personality' and evaluating its potential for high-impact entrepreneurship.

This ten-minute methodical test comprises 120 questions that assess your behavioral characteristics, hard skills, and knowledge.

The test is better completed in one sitting, but can also be taken over multiple sessions. Your input from any previous sessions will be automatically saved so that you can resume the test on your next log-in.

​Once your test results become available, the Learning and Development team will hold a consultation session with you to discuss how your capability development plan can be tailored to your unique character traits and needs.
