Qatar Development Bank developed this content (in 2017) –through a specialized legal firm- based on the collaboration with a number of relevant stakeholders, as well as information that has been derived from related websites, in order to guide entrepreneurs and SMEs with the procedures and policies needed for different stages of the business life cycle, starting from the idea stage, establishing the business, expanding the business to export and even in the case of business termination. In this regard, QDB asserts that this content represent the procedures and policies used at the time of developing the content, which are subject to change at any time, therefore, the Bank is not responsible for any changes to these policies or procedures. Meanwhile, the entrepreneur or the business owner must refer to the concerned authorities for the final and detailed procedures.
