• Contact your QDB Relationship Manager to schedule a meeting in person​​
  
• Read through and complete the two required enrollment documents for the platform (without signing them):​​

  • QDB Remote Banking Services Agreement and Disclosure Download Here
  • The forms must be signed by all partners or by one of the partners based on a Board Resolution/Delegation of Authority. The partners must authorize a single representative to act as ‘Company Owner’ on QDB Digital. Learn more here. Download
• Meet with your RM and sign both documents during the meeting.
  
• Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with your new Login ID and a password reset link. Reset your password, and you will be ready to use QDB Digital.​​​
  Please note that all required registration documents must be signed in the presence of a QDB employee.​
